Cultivated by native people, the now endangered national cacao variety has given Ecuadorian cacao a reputation. It gives the chocolate an intense flavor with a very subtle and very typical floral fragrance.
Full-bodied and with 80% organic and fair trade cocoa, this bar is made exclusively with national variety beans. In the mouth it develops a chocolate flavor full of roundness and freshness with a note of butter and dried fruits. Nacional's floral aroma merges delicately into this beautiful balance.
